Spalding Sparks (Youth) Netball Club is responsible for setting standards and values to apply throughout the club at every level. The club believes netball should be enjoyed by everybody equally. The clubs commitment is to eliminate discrimination whether by reason of gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or disability.

Equality of opportunity at Spalding Sparks (Youth) Netball Club means that in all our activities the club will not discriminate or in any way treat anyone less favourably on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion or disability.

The club is responsible for setting standards and values to apply throughout the club at every level. Our commitment is to confront and eliminate any form of discrimination.

The club will adopt a zero tolerance stance on any sexual or racially based harassment or other discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, and will work to ensure that such behaviour is met with appropriate action in whatever context it occurs.

The club is committed to the development programme of ongoing training and awareness will be implemented to specific individuals within the club to continue raising standards, events and activities in order to eradicate discrimination within our own organisation and within netball.
